What does Gift Wrapping entail?
If you’ve selected to have you purchase(s) gift wrapped we will wrap the gift in our signature gift wrap style, which consists of a beautiful gift box, tissue paper and ribbon bow.
If you would like the items to be wrapped individually or a specific colour ribbon to be used, please contact us. We love customising our gifts to suit your need or theme.
I cannot enter the zip code of our county.
We apologise that our system doesn’t manage all zip codes. Please use the default code “0000”. If the parcel is for local delivery, this is of no consequence.
If the parcel is to be shipped overseas, kindly alert us by sending us an email.
Can the gift be delivered by SA Post Office?
We apologise but we do not make use of the SA Post Office. You are however welcome to make a special request to use them if you need to by emailing us.
When will I receive my gift?
We undertake to process your order within 2 to 3 working days and you will receive a notification from the courier company as to when the delivery can be expected. See delivery information for full details on the process.
Can I return my goods?
Perfect Gifts will accept returns when defective, damaged or if the product we’ve sent you is not the same as the product that you’ve ordered.
How do I return my goods?
- Email your request to us and please include a photograph of the damaged goods.
- We will let you know whether approved and supply you with a Returns Request Number. We will either arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you, or ask that you send it back to us (dependent on your original order’s shipping method).
- Whether you are returning goods via courier or post office, please ensure that it is packaged carefully. Please include the Returns Request Number, your name, and order number inside the parcel.
Can I cancel my order?
You are entitled to cancel your order, without penalty, within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you.
How do I cancel my order?
Send an email to us to cancel an item or a complete order.
If the order has not yet been processed, it can simply be canceled.
If it has been processed, you have the option of a credit or a full refund.
Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
Yes, we can deliver orders outside of SA, however we will first need to quote you for the international shipping costs. Shipping via a Courier is really affordable when the total weight of the order exceeds 22 kg.
Please email us if you are wanting a parcel delivered beyond the South African borders.
What are my delivery options?
PERFECT GIFTS offers 2 convenient methods of delivery. Please read through the Shipping Information section for further details.
- Our Courier: This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we process and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. Details on tracking and timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.
- Your courier: Should you wish to make use of your own courier, please select the “Own Courier” option during the checkout process.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher for someone?

What is the process for the Gift Experience vouchers?
Step 1: Select a Gift Experience
- Select your experience from the search options.
- Purchase your activity gift voucher online and pay by credit card or EFT.
- Once payment has been received the e-voucher(s) will be emailed to you directly.
Step 2: Voucher Activation
Print the gift voucher as received via email from us and place in a personalised greeting card, or email voucher directly to your intended gift recipient.
Step 3: Voucher Redemption
- Gift recipient should Print the Voucher
- Arrange appointment directly with the operator/venue.
- Take printed Gift Voucher along with you when going to the operator/venue.
- Please familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions especially the cancellation policy and note that you are encouraged to take out your own personal liability insurance, especially when participating in potentially dangerous activities. Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.
Step 4: Experience the ultimate!
Present your voucher to the operator/venue at time of arrival. Your voucher is proof of payment. Enjoy the experience you deserve it!

Can I order a Single Item?
Yes, you are more than welcome to purchase a single item(s) from one of our hampers. Please email us and we will provide you with a quote.
Can I requests a product that is not on your website?
We are committed to excellent customer service and if you would like to use PERFECT GIFTS as a Gifting Service, but not found a product that you have in mind, please contact us by email. We would love to be involved in your gifting needs and will go the extra mile with sourcing the products of your choice.
Can I make changes to a gift hamper?
Sure you can. We understand that you might not like everything that we have bundled together in a hamper. If you have not been able to find a combination that excites you, please email us for a quotation.
Can I personalise my gift?
Some gifts / gift hampers can be personalised. For example, we can engrave someone’s name on the top of a watch box, or create personalised ribbon for gift wrapping. To find out if this is possible, please contact us. We will provide you with a quote of the additional cost thereof.
